INCI: Heptyl Glucoside

Sepiclear™ G7 is a concentrated non-ionic surfactant that is biodegradable. It is derived from sugar and castor oil and is produced according to the 12 principles of green chemistry. It is 100% of plant origin.

It dissolves lipophilic compounds such as vitamins, essential oils and fragrances in aqueous media (at an average ratio of 1 part soluble to 5 parts Sepiclear™ G7). In doing so, it does not produce foam, unlike other natural solubilisers. Which is important in products such as toners and aqueous gels.
It can also be used as a co-emulsifier in O/W emulsions. It improves the solubility of surfactants in water and is resistant to extreme ph values.

0,1-15,0%
Dry extract: 70.0-75.0%
