Preparation:
Step 1:
Prepare all mixing utensils and equipment.
Disinfect them and your work surface. Please also sanitise the jar or lotion bottle into which you wish to fill the finished product.
Wear disposable gloves.
Step 2:
Boil the water. Please also boil purchased distilled water. (It is only salt-free, not necessarily germ-free)
Step 3:
Now weigh all the raw materials of the individual phases and categorise them according to phase affiliation.
Production:
Step 1:
Make a hyaluronic gel as described in our hyaluronic gel recipe.
(Take your time until the hyaluronic acid really forms a gel and there are no more "flakes" - possibly overnight)
Step 2:
Dissolve the ferulic acid in ethyl alcohol
Step 3:
Dissolve vitamin C in water.
Step 4:
Add phase B to A. Stir everything briefly with a glass stirring rod.
Step 5:
Now add the pre-produced hyaluronic gel, the hydrolate and the sodium lactate 60% solution to A and B. Again, only stir with the glass stirring rod.
Step 6:
Adjust the PH value to 3 - 3.5, pour into a black, 30ml pipette bottle and consume promptly. As soon as the serum changes colour, the vitamin C has oxidised. Then please dispose of the rest.
