A simple formula with raw materials for a mild, nourishing shampoo.

A) 71,50 g Water
8,00 g (1009) Sodium Coco Sulfate (SCS), Needles
1,50 g (1423) Blend TBG MB

B) 13,30 g (1008) Coco Glucosid
0,50 g (0644) Leinsamen-Extrakt NP
2,00 g (1007) Lamesoft® PO 65

C) 1,00 g (1635) Lemon Cake PÖ, NaTrue
1,50 g Zitronensäurelösung, (50% Lösung)
1,20 g (0076) Dead sea salt

1 Pcs (1219100) Airless Dispenser, 100ml (Airless-Spender , 100ml)

Preparation:

Step 1:
Get all mixing utensils and equipment ready.

Disinfect them and your work surface. Please also sanitise the jar or lotion bottle into which you want to fill the finished product.

Wear disposable gloves.

Step 2:
Boil the water. Please also boil purchased distilled water. (It is only salt-free, not necessarily germ-free)

Step 3:
Now weigh all the raw materials of the individual phases and sort them according to phase affiliation.


 

Production:

Step 1:
Heat the water with the SCS until the surfactant has dissolved.

Step 2:
Then slowly add phase B while stirring.

Step 3:
Finally, stir in the fragrance.

Adjust the pH value with the citric acid solution and adjust the final consistency with the dead sea salt. 


This is just an example formulation.
Get creative yourself. For example, swap the water for wonderfully scented hydrolates.
