INCI: Sucrose Stearate
Sugar emulsifiers consist of a water-loving sugar molecule (sucrose), which is combined to varying degrees with oil-loving fatty acids (stearates).
This emulsifier is a distearate, which means that in addition to the 1 sugar molecule, 2 fatty acids are also on board. Therefore, this emulsifier, which is rather fat-loving, must always be heated. Preferably in the oil phase. Sucrose Stearate MB (HLB 11) is a co-emulsifier with refatting and moisturising properties. PEG-free, based on renewable raw materials and free from organic solvents and preservatives.
