Natural Deo-Roll-On
This simple roll-on deodorant formula gives you a safe feeling.....all day long.
ImerCare 400D ensures sweat-free armpits and Biokons PA30 inhibits the growth and reproduction of odour-causing substances.
The skin is not irritated in any way and remains pleasantly dry and soft.
The light floral fragrance of Biokons PA30 eliminates the need for further perfuming with essential or perfume oils.
Preparation:
Step 1:
Get all mixing utensils and equipment ready.
Disinfect them and your work surface. Please also sanitise the jar or lotion bottle into which you wish to fill the finished product.
Wear disposable gloves.
Step 2:
Boil the water. Please also boil purchased distilled water. (It is only salt-free, not necessarily germ-free)
Step 3:
Now weigh all the raw materials of the individual phases and categorise them according to phase affiliation.
Production:
Step 1:
Heat the water phase and then stir in A-Polymer XT at high speed. Heat phase A) and B) separately to 70-75°C.
Step 2:
Heat phase A) and B) separately to 70-75°C.
Step 3:
Add water to the fat phase and homogenise at high speed.
Step 4:
Add ImmerCare 400D and stir again at high speed. Add vitamin E acetate at 30-35°C.
Check the pH value. It should be between 6.5 and 7.0. Correct if necessary.
You can fill it into a roll-on bottle and you have a mild, delicately scented deodorant that works effectively without irritating the skin.
