Mild deodorant for her and him
This formula impresses with the effectiveness of Zinc Ricinoleate and Decalact Deo.
It does not inhibit natural perspiration, nor does it have bactericidal or fungicidal properties. The decomposition process of perspiration and thus the formation of odours is slowed down.
The natural skin flora is therefore not disturbed.
An absolutely mild, non-irritating deodorant that can also be applied immediately after shaving.
Preparation:
Step 1:
Get all mixing utensils and equipment ready.
Disinfect them and your work surface. Please also sanitise the jar or lotion bottle into which you wish to fill the finished product.
Wear disposable gloves.
Step 2:
Boil the water. Please also boil purchased distilled water. (It is only salt-free, not necessarily germ-free)
Step 3:
Now weigh all the raw materials of the individual phases and categorise them according to phase affiliation.
Production:
Step 1:
Heat phase A) and phase B) separately to 80°C.
Step 2:
Then add the water phase to the fat phase and homogenise at high speed.
Step 3:
At hand heat, add phase C) and fill into a roll-on deodorant bottle.
This is a sample formulation.
It has been tested by us and found to be good. However, we cannot guarantee its success and compatibility.
