Hyaluron-Gel

It is almost impossible to imagine our formulations without hyaluronic acid. It forms a thin, invisible, air-permeable and elastic surface film and thus maintains the suppleness and tension of the skin.
This simple but very effective gel provides your skin with an extra portion of moisture.

A) 0,25 g (0419) Hyaluronsäure MW
0,25 g (0478) Hyaluronsäure low
5,00 g (0107) Weingeist, 96,5% Vol., unvergällt
46,00 g (0106) Rosen Hydrolat, organic

1 Pcs (1337050) Pipette bottle, satin finish, 50ml (Pipettenflasche, satiniert, 50ml)

Preparation:

Step 1: 
Get all mixing utensils and equipment ready. 
Disinfect them and your work surface. Please also sanitise the jar or lotion bottle into which you wish to fill the finished product. 

Wear disposable gloves. 

Step 2: 
Now weigh all the raw materials of the individual phases and categorise them according to phase affiliation. 


Production:

Step 1: 
Mix the hyaluronic acid and then pre-dissolve it slightly with the alcohol. This ensures that there are no lumps and the gel is stabilised. 

Step 2: 
Now add the rose water and stir. Give the formulation some time. After a few hours, until everything has dissolved, you will have a wonderful hyaluronic gel. 
 

If you want to do without the alcohol, we recommend using a preservative. 
Replace the hydrolate with other hydrolates or distilled water. water. This way you can create this gel again and again.
