Baby Diaper Cream

This formula consists of 12% zinc oxide in combination with various valuable ingredients such as the wonderful emulsifier Comimuls Rich. Our 100% vegetable Veg-lanolin feels and looks like lanolin, but is completely odourless. It serves as a barrier protection for the skin and convinces with its high moisture capacity. Squalane and Phytosteryl Macadamiate make the skin more resistant and protect against moisture loss.

Step 1: 

Put water, blend 1388 eco plus, PolyCare A200 and glycerine in a beaker. Adjust the pH around 5.5 with the citric acid solution.

Step 2: 

Now add all the ingredients of phase B into a beaker as well. Mix carefully with a spoon to distribute the zinc oxide properly.

Step 3: 

Add C) to B) and heat the mixture to 80-85°C. Heat A) also to 80-85°C. Now slowly add the water phase to the fat phase while stirring to obtain the emulsion. Make sure that the water phase does not accumulate on the oil phase during the addition. Then stir very briefly with the mixer. Let the emulsion cool down.

Nothing smells as good as your baby. We have therefore deliberately avoided any perfuming.
