The dispersion is produced in a multi-stage process that results in an 80 per cent dispersion that is pourable, rheologically very stable and easy to use.
The complete coating of the zinc oxide particles prior to dispersion gives it a distinct advantage over any other dispersion that uses dispersants. Dispersants can cause instability in many emulsions. Natural Zinc Oxide Dispersion 75% enables the development and manufacture of high SPF products with low shear.

The great advantage of this dispersion is that it does not ‘whiten’ and the finished sunscreen can be spread very well on the skin.
