INCI: Diatomaceous Earth

ImerCare® 400D is a water and oil absorbing diatomaceous earth product for deodorant applications. The exceptional absorbency of ImerCare® 400D is due to its unique morphology, which results in particles with an exceptionally high surface area. ImerCare® 400D improves dry deodorant and accelerates evaporation.

Initial laboratory trials and internal panel tests have shown that ImerCare® 400D improves drying and helps accelerate sweat evaporation. It is capable of storing 2.2- times its own weight in oil and 2.3- times its own weight in water. Therefore, this product is suitable for powders, make-up, deodorants as well as masks.
