This milk protein-based emulsifier is ideal for O/W formulations. It gives a pleasant skin feeling and has a vitalising effect due to its natural amino acids. Emulprot® is very suitable for the care of oily and blemished skin; it balances the oil-moisture content and absorbs excess oil without drying out.
Emulprot is first stirred in water at 70-80°C at high speed. Heat the fat phase as well and only then stir the water/emulsifier mixture into the fat phase and homogenise gently.
