Cream base Eco

INCI: Aqua (Water), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Hydrogenated Phosphatidylcholine,
Pentylene Glycol, Glycerin, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Squalane, Ceramide NP

This cream base is like a concentrate and not to be used pure!
Application:
Lotions 10%
Creams: 10 - 30%

Please use distilled water only
Oil content: 5 – 40%
Water content: 37 – 70%

The Cream base Eco can be easily dispersed by stirring in the water phase. Then add the oil phase and homogenise this mixture.
Can be used cold or heated to a maximum of 50°C.
Suitable for one-pot production. 
Can be combined with a variety of oils, e.g. MCT, squalane, almond oil, jojoba oil, sunflower oil
Can be combined with a variety of thickeners/waxes, e.g. cocoa butter, beeswax, sunflower wax, carbomer, xanthan gum
Our recommendation:
The Eco cream base is stabilised with pentylene glycol. The final product must be additionally preserved. Here we recommend 0.5% Chemikons.

The Crem base Eco helps maintain and restore the skin's natural protective barrier. It regenerates the skin barrier by providing new skin lipids and is free from synthetic emulsifiers.
It nourishes the skin with a unique combination of essential skin lipids: Medium-chain triglycerides , Squalane, Ceramides NP, Phytosterols (from Shea Butter) and Phospholipids.
Thanks to its high content of highly purified phosphatidylcholine and a special manufacturing process. The Cream base has lamellar structures that resemble the structure of the lipid matrix of the stratum corneum. The lamellar arrangement of the lipids effectively supports the restoration of the skin barrier. In addition, due to this three-dimensional lamellar network, the cream matrix is stable even without the use of emulsifiers, thus preventing an undesired wash-out of the skin lipids.
Cream base Eco is a cream matrix based on hydrogenated phosphatidylcholine - obtained from the sunflower. In addition to its positive effects on the skin, it´s COSMOS approved and therefore ideally suited for natural cosmetics with the highest demands.
